After much anticipation viewers can begin: opening five minutes of Stranger Things' final season unveiled.

The concluding season of the streaming giant's supernatural blockbuster the hit series is set to be a major shows of this year. The initial episodes premieres on November 27, however a clip of the chilling opening five minutes has been released online.

The Crawl: A Flashback to the show's origins

The segment, called The Crawl, brings audiences to the origins of the show in the early '80s, after the vanishing of the young character.

"Do I remain or leave?" Will sings as he tries to stay collected in the alternate dimension.

The situation rapidly turns frightening when a demogorgon materializes and yanks the boy to the lair of the antagonist. "At long last, our work can start," he informs the youth as propelling a vine into his mouth. "You and I, we are going to do incredibly wondrous works together."

Air Dates and Cinematic Screenings

Part two of the ultimate installment will air on December 26, while the series finale available on January 1 – additionally set for screened in certain theaters.

The summary reads: "The autumn of 1987. The setting bears the marks by the emergence of dimensional tears, and our heroes are united by one objective: find and kill the foe. Yet he has disappeared – his location and plans unknown. Complicating their mission, authorities has enforced the community under military quarantine and intensified the pursuit for Eleven, compelling her back into hiding. While the anniversary of the boy's vanishing looms, so does a profound, recognizable anxiety. The ultimate conflict is looming – and accompanying it, a malevolence more powerful and more deadly than anything else they have battled before. To stop this nightmare, it will take each person – the entire group – united, once more."

Creator Comments

The surprise clip was uploaded online after the series' Los Angeles premiere recently, featuring the stars like the lead actress and her co-star.

"The scope of this installment is bigger … It's more action and enhanced CGI, yet it's also by far the most poignant part as it concludes of the narrative for all of these characters," the production's head writer, commented of the last chapters.

The co-producer and partner, remarked: "Bringing it out for audiences is anxiety-inducing, however we feel equipped to unveil it finally."
